so tired..so many things to do..so little time..the hse is so empty..6 ppl in the hse n only 2 is at home..
1 is useless and don know what he is doing outside..don't want to serve ns or the army don wan him..i don know
another 2 is always outside staying with their the other half..
mama n papa don care about each other..
i don know what to do already..
everyone is treating the house as a hotel and i'm doing laundry service for everybody..

why am i working so hard..i also don know..my aunt even say working as a trainer is a waste of time..damn it..
wanna go into management in fitness first but i can't manage the family members in the house..
i also like to train ppl and when they see results..i'm very happy for them..when they don't..i have to nag at them..

no time to train myself too..end of july is the osim tri and the swimming is bloody far..1.5km..i don know how to survive...i think i will drown n die...so fearful of the water but i know i can make it..i need to train harder but i have no time..

is been a topsy turvy 2010 with so many things that happen in my life.

my 2010 resolution was this :

1) Career : is time to upgrade myself and attend courses so that i can be better in training my clients. I also need to move up as a free lance trainer and to have more clients so that i able to hit at least 60 hours a month and to be consistence for every month.

2) Financially : to able to save at least $300 every month which means to cut down my expenses of shopping and to plan for my holiday trip with baby in August =)

3) Friends : Long lasting friendship in many years to come

4) Baby : to enjoy every moment with her =) and helping out at the shop to ease her burden. Getting my friends to support her shop too..

5) Personal goals : to get a cert from SSC or ACE and to get my car license

6) My team : Manchester United to crown BPL champions for 2010 for the 4th time in a row, 4th time Champions of Europe, FA cup champions and Carling cup champions

Reflections :

1) yeah i upgrade myself to a Gold trainer but not a free lance trainer yet..i went for SSC Basic Exercise Course and FISAF..in terms of hours of training..been consistent with 50 to 70 hours but can be better in the new year to come..my number of clients have been steadily been going up but still need to maintain at least 15 active clients

2) been saving money and giving money to my parents..Aug trip is a horrible trip for myself..crap Bali trip..should have not go there? I don't know the outcome would been the same..only god knows

3) many new found friends from SSC and FISAF and from the gym in Cathay =)

have to maintain my relationship with my friends..my very good friends when I'm down since August.. =)

4) didn't come true but i have been helping her before we broke off..have been a blessing in disguise too as i wouldn't have met new friends and been doing well in Fitness First since breaking off with her. I wouldn't have met my training buddy from BEC and she is gorgeous but i still prefer she be my training buddy and motivation for my Biathlon and Triathlon =)

5) Waiting for my BEC cert and waiting for FISAF results..no ACE and driving license but will make it happen next yr

6) Carling cup champion only for Man United..we lost to Chelsea for the league but we will get it back next year May =) hoping for a 19 BPL champion and 4th Champions league =)

u needed time and space, u should let me know earlier..i know is hard for u to spend time with your friends and for yaself because of ya commitments in the shop and as a head teacher for bodypump. Is hard for u to spend time with me but i don't mind. I have never complain and i never will as long as i can see u or spend abit of time with u..either at the shop, before or after class for a short lunch or dinner, send u home, send u to class or spend the night at your house after a day of work in the ice cream shop. All these is enough for me my baby =) i never ask for more..u know baby..

there is bound to have issues in a relationships but as long as both of us can work things out, there would be wonderful..nothing is smooth sailing..i will always be there to lighten ya burden in the shop or other things that i can help u baby...just pray hard that in days to come, we will stick together as one =)

yesterday was a mixture of good and bad day..a Saturday that can change so dramatic..this is what happened.

had to wake up early in the morning to help my teacher( form teacher/ scouts master) Mr Joel Chan marriage to another teacher that i know since secondary school till now, Miss Lynne Chin. The morning event was the traditional Chinese marriage that the bridegroom had to pick up the bride plus his brothers had to help him out in all the sabotages by the bride's sisters. I was one of the brothers but I didn't do much except to help out in the logistics part. Luckily didn't drink the "beverage" prepared by the girls as it contains sour stuff and wasabi. After serving teas to the respective family members, the solemnisation was held at the Wesley Methodist Church in the afternoon. Alot of friends and family turn up for their special day. We can call it the Ghim Moh Secondary gathering as both of the newly wed couples are my teachers in Ghim Moh Sec. It was a joyous day for them and tonight is the wedding dinner. Preparing to go out soon..

turn of event came when SK sms me in the afternoon that Camy lost her dog Taro in the morning about 8.30am on Saturday and after the ceremony I went to help Camy to search for Taro. We tried alot of HDB flats, those that is vacant and those is still ppl living there. We gave out leaflets to the neighbourhood to let them know of the missing Taro. Some people told us that others might have caught him but don't want to return it to us and instead sell it off for a better price or worse still, ate the dog as there are bangla n thai ppl living in that area. Till now there is no news so hope that Taro will be safe and sound. As a dog lover, I would not want my pet to be in Taro's situation now. Just pray that Taro will come back to home soon =)

we were at taka civics plaza yesterday 9th june..AIG came down with the trophy to raise funds for the earthquake victims..each photo with the trophy was for $5..u can donate more and $40 comes with the lucky draw n a special movie pass...it was a worthwhile day for us...yeah

We are the Champions of Europe for the third time...yeah..can't believe it..oh my goodness...love John Terry for missing the penalty and our wonderful Van Der Sar for saving Anelka's penalty..

3rd European Champions and wat a way to celebrate man..1968, 1999 and 2008...wat a way to pay tribute to the Busby Babes who passed away during the 1958 Munich aircrash..i think is down to fate..we won the 1968 European title after 10 years of the tragedy where we lost 8 great players n staffs..

in 1999 we won the trophy on the day of Sir Matt Busby's 90th birthday and now we won it after 50 years of the Munich tragedy..wat a fitting tribute..they are dancing with the players wherever they are. =)

i was watching with Ronnie and he is a Chelsea fan n with Zhongwei a neutral fan but he don like United..ever since the second half..i was praying n praying that Chelsea will nv score and kneeling down to pray that Chelsea will miss the penalties..i was so shock when Ronaldo missed his spot kick..i know is the end but kept on believing that Terry will miss his kick..he did and i was jumping in joy..yeah..when Anelka missed it, the tears of joy would nv be forgotten..just like wat happen in 1999 when i was sec 3 watching the Final alone...shouting in joy when Teddy scored the equaliser and when Ole scored the winning goal..and u know..tears of joy came down too..oh my..football is bloody hell as Sir Alex said after the 1999 final

x-physique 2008

still aching from sunday's NTU X-Physique 2008...=)

what a race it has been..damn gruelling..imagine the first leg of the race started from Pasir Ris white sands to fisherman village to start our kayaking element..we started the event about 8am

the distance to kayak were very far as we have to maneuver a Figure M around the kelongs of the Pasir Ris Beach

i was pair with Din while Hafiz were pair with Amanda.

after reaching the end of the kayaking element, we had to head to Loyang Halus which is near Pasir Ris Fairway 3. It was a element of orienteering n we had to find 4 checkpoints out of 5. It was a dumping ground for lots of junks.

Amanda n Hafiz were having cramps on their legs as this is their first ever race and were not use to the distance we had to cover.

After finding the 4 checkpoints, we were shock that we had to go to Bedok Reservoir for the next checkpoint. can u imagine the distance from Loyang to Bedok ? It was damn far man..on the way we had aid for H2O as Hafiz's gf lived nearby Bedok and she brought us 100 Plus to refill our water bag. We took quite long to reach the Reservoir and the element was quite easy.

Up next was the ITE SIMEI where we had to abseil from the abseil wall of the Adventure Park. We were team no 9 at this station.

After completion, we had to head Tampines for our cycling trail which is at Tampines Mountain Biking Trail. This element made us slow down as Amanda and Hafiz had cramps on their calf muscles. Both their feet were badly affected and 2 teams overtake us. After we complete the trail, we had to cycle to Pasir Ris park to return our bikes.

The final leg of the race was to head back to home where the event had kick off at White Sands, about 10 metres from the Finishing Line, Hafiz had cramps again and he refuses us to carry him to the end point and it was the most funniest thing of the whole race..haha..we had to stretch his calves before he was able to run to the Finishing Line. I think we completed the race in about 6 hours to 7 hours..the official timing had not come out yet. At the end of the day, only top 3 got the prizes.

anyway just back from st gab camp..had fun n nv stop scolding the kids..

past few weeks happenings were 54th placing at the National Vertical Marathon at Republic Plaza in Raffles Place (60 Storeys) and my timing were 11 min 54 sec..not bad plus i did not train at all..haha

next were the Ultimate League Finals at Sengkang..Float like Elves got all the way to the Final but lost 9-8 by universal point..sucks..a wasted game as we were leading 7-5 at half-time..should have won the game but we lost my head n lost 4 straight points..disappointing at my game even i had 1 layout D.. =( hope to do better for the next League =)

coming up next is X-Physique which is on the 16th March..this coming sunday..so fast man

what can i say about surf n sweat 2008..a unforgettable day yday at tanjong beach..the day where i almost lost my sight in my right eyes..very unlucky yday when it start pouring and the event is about to postpone or cancel, we were hiding underneath the small shelter n some of us decide to play soccer for fun to keep ourselves warm. I decided to play as a goalkeeper n i told mark(nyp) to go n play other position, my back was facing the goalpost and when i turned, the ball came so fast tat i didn't have the time to react as it hit my right eye. You wondering who is the culprit was rite ? haha..go and find out...I came crashing down the ground, groaning in pain..i tot i had lost my sight..the speed of the ball is really fast and is very unbearable especially it hit right at the eyes.

i was lying on the ground for very very long n the rest of the guys tot it was a prank by me until they realise is not as i lay there for very long and shivering badly. They were laughing at me too..it was so funny. I couldn't open my eyes at all and medic from the red cross came n attend to me. I was about to send to hospital in an ambulance for a second time which i don want. They took care of me in the ambulance till i was okay. I was still in shock after i was out of the ambulance. I felt okay but still dazed n blurry from the incident.

I got home after consulting the doc from holland village, i slept from 6 plus in the evening all the way to 5am in the morning as the pain was unbearable. Now i still feel dazed n sometimes my eyes will still tear. Hope the next few days will get better.

Hope they will set another date to complete the event Surf and Sweat as it was disrupted by the torrential rain.

hmm..2007 is ending aldy..left about 2 weeks..is been a long long year n seems like is never ending..i always been writing nothing on this very dead n silent blog so now i will write some interesting stuff for my readers of my blog

shall summarise wat has happen the past 2 years:

2006 was kind of good n bad year depends which angle u look at it..firstly got to know this person whom i tot i can trust on and life with her would be a fruitful one but as things did not turn out tat way. Signing on in the *av* also turn into a topsy turvy ride when i was in *C*..handling work n relationship somehow made me do the wrong thing as my phone kills me n made me drop out of *C* because i didn't make her realise my job in *C* was very important and she made me drop out from the Course. The money i spent on her was way too high n the phone bills from overseas was the worst i could spend in my entire life..maybe afterall she is lookin at my $ and after i drop out, i left with nothing..maybe peanuts..

i lost the trust in her and the things she did was undesirable..how stupid i was at my friend's 21st bday party, getting wasted and making a nuisance out of myself and my friends also me. Bday boy told me "she don't worth it" when the tears came out from my eyes and the pain is hard to swallow. Now i know how did i fall in love with her and never want to make the mistakes again..

what doesn't kill me made me stronger

dropping out of *C* could be a blessing in disguise as i made alot of new friends from the outside world(sounds so wrong) ..i mean ulimate world..i won't have to face anymore nonsence from the **f*ic*r in the *C* and my life is free again..

2007..what i can say is a terrible year as 3 of my friends i know personally have aldy gone..first is my OBSABAH kaki from NP Andrew passed away in june from a terrible motorbike accident..sigh..a day after he got his license, he met the accident while riding back to camp at Changi Air Base..we went tru alot during the expedition to Sabah and everyone were quite close to him. His loss was a unexpected thing tat can be happen.

my another friend from NYP as everyone will know Reuben Kee left us in Cambodia after their dragonboat capsized after the competition..sucks man..4 other boaters left with him also..Poh Boon San(i know him too as he was my campmate), Jeremy Goh from NYP too =( , Stephen Loh and Wei Cheng all left their family and friends on that uneventful day. I know Reuben since year 1 when the Camp Focus kicks off in 2003 as he was in my group..a huge guy with a gentle heart whom can play the piano n an outdoor person. A gentle giant..

Poh Boon San my campmate when he return to serve his due in the *av* because he disrupt to go for his studies. a funny person and was confine 14 days n 14 weekends because of his camera hp that he brought to camp.

Their loss was the worse that can be happen to somebody..a tragic event tat can never be forgotten..may their family be strong and keep their legacy flowing all the way.

my time in the *av* is also ending soon and by feb CNY eve i will get back my pink ic..wooray..times ahead look bleak as my inspiration is to be a PE teacher in any primary school. is not easy but i will do my best..1st i have to get past that stage.

xmas is coming and the winter league is here..gotto do my best for the team but tonight biggest match live on football channel : Liverpool vs my favourite team Man Utd, i gonno miss it because i'm in *am* on duty..sucks..watching it live on the computer without seeing them playing..haizz

hmm..this morning something happen at bukit panjang macdonalds..after buying breakfast with my cousin cos we had cousins breakfast this morning..my tray is full of food..den was walking back to my table, suddenly this china guy was walking aimlessly in my direction..i did not look at him becos i have 3 cups of drinks (milo, 2 teas) ..i was wondering y he watch in my direction n he fainted in front of him thus making my tray fell to the floor..

oh man..wat a great day at Singapore Open 2007 held at farrer park..wat a wonderful experience for me..yeah..the BUMS representatives played for Flying Naan, a Malaysian team from KL..wat a fabulous team man..
total we played 6 games..won 2 n lost 4..guess we are the 18th team of the whole mixed tourney..nt sure how many teams in total..
we played very well but sometimes made those errors but learn alot from them..yeah our opponents in pool D were chubbies, chinese taipei n smu..we won chubbies but nt the other 2..we played vietnam team n won them by the narrow margin of 13-12..
our final 2 games were chuckies n lagi shiok..we lost to them too but we put on a great fight..haha first major tourney for me...i made 1 assist n 3 points for my team..had a couple of Ds too..yeah
